5 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
12 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Cognac Kiss

3 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot of Italia D'Oro espresso
2 fl. oz. Grand Marnier ®
1 fl. oz. Bailey's ® Irish Cream
14 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Creamy Flavored

5 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
2 fl. oz. of any Italia D'Oro Syrup
12 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.

Espresso

4 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
2 fl. oz. of Kahlúa Royale ® Cream Liqueur
14 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.

Flavored

4 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
1 fl. oz. of any Italia D'Oro Syrup
12 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Flavored Mocha

3 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
1 fl. oz. of Italia D'Oro Chocolate Syrup
1 fl. oz. of any Italia D'Oro Syrup
12 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Frescante Alexander

4 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot of Italia D'Oro espresso
1 1/2 fl. oz. Kahlúa ®
1 fl. oz. brandy
14 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Frescante Base

1 qt. half & half or milk
1 packet Frescante mix

Pour half & half or milk into a 64 oz. container.
Add the contents of the Frescante packet.
Shake vigorously until the base is smooth, approximately 30-45 seconds.


Kris Kringle North Pole Cocoa

1 pkg. Italia D'Oro® Frescante Italian Milkshake Mix (Code 1025)
6 pkg. Boyds® Cocoa (Code 8802)
1 qt. Half & Half
17 oz. Dark chocolate broken into pieces
1 pt. Heavy cream
As needed Ice
As needed Italia D'Oro® Crème de Menthe Syrup (Code 8718)
As needed Crushed peppermint candy

Combine the Frescante mix and Half & Half, mixing thoroughly. Combine the heavy cream and chocolate pieces in a double boiler and melt. Add the Boyds® Hot Cocoa to this mix and combine with the Frescante. Place 16 oz. of mix into blender cup and add ice (about 6 cups) and blend to consistency of a frozen daiquiri. Garnish with whipped cream, a drizzle of Italia D'Oro® Crème de Menthe syrup, and sprinkle crushed peppermint candy over the top, according to individual taste.

Yield: Approx. 16 twelve-ounce servings, depending on amount of ice used


Mocha Frescante

4 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
1 fl. oz. Italia D'Oro Chocolate Syrup
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
12 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Mocha Mint Madness

4 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
Single shot Italia D'Oro espresso
1 fl. oz. of Italia D'Oro Chocolate Syrup
1 fl. oz. of Peppermint Schnapps®
14 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).


Tropical

3 fl. oz. of original Frescante base
1 fl. oz. Italia D'Oro Tropical Berry Syrup
1 fl. oz. Italia D'Oro Strawberry Syrup
1 1/2 fl. oz. light rum
14 fl. oz. cubed ice

Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on low speed until smooth (approximately 30-40 seconds).
